This lovely detached villa is set in extensive gardens close to the resorts of carvoiero and armacao do pera. The villa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 twin bedrooms, each with an en suite bath or shower room. An additional cloakroom with wc is accessed from the hallway. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped with 4-ring hob (2 gas/2 electric), microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The spacious living/dining room is well furnished and french windows lead out to a veranda overlooking the pool and with views towards the monchique mountains. At one end of the veranda is an enclosed glass sun lounge with comfortable cane furniture, the other end is open and contains patio furniture for 'al'fresco' dining. Outside is an attractive private swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, sun beds and a covered barbecue house. All areas are wheelchair accessible.

Area Description :
Carvoiero and armacao do pera are both less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. The charming former fishing village of carvoeiro offers a choice of bars, smart restaurants and tourist shops. Just outside the village is an intermarche international supermarket that has a comprehensive range of goods including many familiar brand names. In addition to this there are several smaller supermarkets in the village itself. There is an abundance of beautiful beaches to visit; among them are praia de centianes, praia de carvalho, praia de benagil, praia de marinha and praia da albandeira. Most of these beaches are accessed by steep steps but are well worth the climb. The golden sandy beach of praia de carvoeiro is the only local beach accessible by wheelchair.Armacao de pera is a modern beach resort with an attractive boulevard and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The streets here are largely flat and access to the beautiful wide beach is easy.Vivenda videira is an ideal holiday base as it is within easy reach of a number of algarve tourist attractions, these include: the village of porches (famous for traditional portuguese pottery), silves castle, slide & splash (water park), the big one (water park), zoomarine (wildlife park), algarve shopping (international designer shopping mall), to name just a few. Other activities available are golf (at pestana golf resort and vale de milho), tennis, horseriding, watersports, boat trips and big game fishing.
